We've changed the shipping prices to Croatia:
• 7.50-9.50 EUR for packages up to 3 kg total weight, sent with a courier (2-5 days). (There were some delays around and after the holidays, but now everything should be back to normal. Speedy/DPD count the days from the business day after the package is picked up.)
• 16-22 EUR for packages with weight 3+ kg, shipped with PostOne.eu (delivery time depends on their postal partner)
• Free delivery for orders over 260 EUR. Shipped with whichever service offers lowest cost (cancels the 3% discount, see below).
• Additional 3% discount during checkout for smaller orders (up to 260 EUR total).

We strongly advise our Croatian customers to split the orders if they are ordering more than one game <3kg/<260 EUR or many smaller items with total <260 EUR. We will do it whenever the courier price can cover two or more separate packages.

We are extremely happy that people from Croatia found our store. We love your country and hopefully we would be able to visit it safely again in 2021!

Post-Brexit Zatu Games has decided to offer a Delivery Duty Unpaid shipping model to our European customers. DDU Incoterms payment (or delivery duty unpaid) mean the receiver/customer will be contacted by customs once their shipment arrives and will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. EU customers will no longer be charged VAT at checkout, but instead may be subject to import VAT upon their goods landing in the destination country.

In light of this change, we are contacting you as we need a decision made on how you would like to proceed with your current order. Your options are:

Request a refund of any VAT previously paid and have your order updated to a DDU shipping method (no additional shipping costs will be taken), which will then be dispatched as normal once the goods become available.

Iz Švedske, uzela sam par stvari kod njih dok sam živjela gore i sve je bilo bez problema. Poštarina 18eur za RH, cijene nisu prejeftine, ali Spirit Island Jagged Earth je na stanju

Jao ubićute, ne smijem! :O Da mi se ne naplaćuju add-oni za Machinu Arcanu s Kickstartera trećeg drugog, odmah bih si naručio sada AAAAAAA... Nadam se da će imati do polovice drugog kad vidim hoću li kruha ili dahanaca biti gladan. A i nije tako strašno što se norveške krune tiče, ona je oko 0,7nešto naspram kune.
